We LOVE this gorgeous time of year, but the transitional wardrobe is always tricky in London, as the weather is just so unpredictable!

What better way to style your outfit with a go-to jacket, tee (YES, jacket and tee combo does mean summer is approaching!) and some of this season’s boots. Miranda styled an on-trend burgundy velvet puffer jacket with matching biker boots (is it just us or do you feel like your life is so much more together when your outfit is coordinated?!) with a grey polo and ripped jeans. Sidal styled a suede bomber style jacket with a fun graphic boob tee, skinnies and accessorised the outfit with a Gucci belt and hat (to hide my hungover face…)

We LOVE keeping it caj in the daytime, but can totally wear the outfits to evening drinks too!

unspecifiedWe do love a good statement wardrobe piece. Whether its a jacket or trousers… no wardrobe is complete without a statement piece! Miranda paired statement suede lace up trousers from Missguided with a staple oversized grey knit, while Sid paired a statement PVC jacket in red from Zara with every day jeans. The key to add statement pieces to your everyday wardrobe is to pair with everyday staples. Statement pieces are the best way to dress up a simple outfit, and add a little sass!DSC04888 DSC04896 DSC04909 DSC04918 DSC04922 DSC04927 DSC04932 DSC04942 DSC04962

We’re having major summer withdrawals right now, so we thought we’d inject some summer brights into our outfits with some fun pops of colour! Miranda went for a turtle neck, blue jeans and sneakers, adding some fun to a simpleoutfit with a fluffy pom pom hat and fringe details on the jeans. Sid went for a all lilac look with a satin skirt (still completely obsessed with the satin trend!)  you can easily make satin a casual and everyday look by adding an oversized sweater and finishing to look off with a diamond style choker (because, well who doesn’t love the diamond look, and feeling glam on a gloomy London day!).

We’re loving shirts this Winter as they are so versatile and can add a completely different vibe to an outfit. Miranda opted for a simple white shirt to give a smart, chic look to a casual outfit of patched jeans and sneakers. Sid went for a tailored coat and pinstripes to add a chic look to a cool oversized shirt and cullote combo. We’ve been obsessed with chokers this season as they’re so easy to wear and are a great way to add extra detail and interest to any outfit! Both outfits are effortlessly cool and stylish looks that are chic enough for work but cool enough for play 🙂

img_3054cosyProbably the only advantage of the rain in London is we get to wear cute hats to keep us semi dry from the rain! There are so many different styles of hats, and so many different ways to wear them. They’re for sure the best accessory to finish off any outfit, and to shield from the London rain – also great for when we just want to hide our faces on a bummy day!
